Michele Craemer

Michele started teaching at MIT in 2022, and has been teaching fitness and presenting wellness classes, such as Stress Management and Positive Thinking, throughout her career in corporate wellness. At MIT, Michele enjoys the engagement and eagerness to learn that MIT students bring to each class. Michele received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development from Boston College and a Master of Education degree in Health Sciences from Springfield College, as well as an American Council on Exercise Certification and The Science of Well-Being Course Certificate. Outside of MIT, Michele is a Part-Time Wellness Coordinator for community employees, and she implements fitness training programs and wellness presentations for clients through her company: power pack presentations. Activities she enjoys include running, biking, tennis and skiing.
