Larry Anderson has been with MIT since 1995 after graduating from and coaching at Rust College, where he majored in Health, Physical Education & Recreation. In addition to teaching he is also the Head Coach of the Men’s Basketball team and serves as Housemaster of Tang Hall. Anderson thrives off interacting with MIT students, teaching a novel skill, seeing students improve and achieve proficiency to participate in an activity for a lifetime. He thoroughly believes in giving more than receiving and enjoys volunteering. Anderson likes to travel home to Macon, Mississippi to visit friends and family.
