Madison Sullivan

Maddie joined the MIT softball staff in 2020 and began her first season as the head coach in 2022-23 after serving as the program’s interim head coach in the fall of 2022. Maddie received her BA in Health Science, Society and Policy from Brandeis University along with her Masters of Public Health: Chronic Disease Prevention and Epidemiology, from Boston University. Maddie played college softball and has been coaching softball for about eight years at various levels, including three at MIT. Maddie works with MIT student-athlete programming and the Levitch Leadership Laboratory (L^3) with DAPER. Maddie loves interacting with the many different students and levels of learners in PE&W. Maddie’s hobbies include swimming, going to the beach, reading, and spending time with family & friends. Maddie loves trying new ways of being physically active, she’s trained for a half marathon, joined CrossFit, kickboxing, spin, and swimming.
